Leonard sport terms and conditions

1. Leonard Sport or any of their staff/coaches/volunteers are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
2. Leonard Sport reserves the right to remove anyone from our classes/camps who is found to be misbehaving, bullying or causing intentional injury/harm to others, without refund.
3. You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date. Should this change, please update your childs profile on class for kids.
4. Photo permissions must be completed before the start of any session your child attends.
5. Booking is confirmed with payment.
6. You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had sickness or diarrhoea within 48 hours of the class.
7. We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
8. If sessions are cancelled by Leonard Sport, a full refund will be issued.
9. I agree to abide by Leonard Sports clothing and jewellery policy which includes no jewellery to be worn at any sessions.
10. By Signing your child up to Leonard Sport sessions you agree to our 'Nut Free policy'.
11. Leonard Sport is committed to maintaining the accuracy and currency of your information and will not retain it beyond necessary periods, except where legal requirements dictate otherwise.
12. By proceeding with the booking and payment you're agreeing to abide by Leonard Sports above terms and conditions.
